Shanda Mainland

Shanda Mainland, CIC, CISR, serves PGIB as an Account Manager specializing in commercial lines. She is licensed in life, health, property and casualty insurance. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). Shanda holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University. In addition to her education, Shanda brings a strong focus in customer service skills and educational commitment to the agency.
