James E. Gray is President of Purdum Gray Ingledue, Inc. For over thirty years, Jim has thrived from his beginning as a sales representative, to being a shareholder, and now the company’s top officer. His business philosophy is one of example. His community involvement is evidenced by his membership in various civic organizations and boards.

Jim and his wife Karen are lifelong residents of McDonough County. They have two children and five grandchildren. In his spare time, Jim likes nothing better than getting together with family and friends, especially if it involves golf.

T. Jay Ingledue is one of the owners of Purdum Gray Ingledue, Inc. Jay joined the agency in 1985 and signed on as a partner in 1989. His responsibilities include financial management of the agency, service and sales. Jay brings a depth of experience to his clients assisting them with property and casualty and life product comparisons.

Jay has spent most of his life in the Macomb Area. He participates in community activities, charities, and local projects. Jay and his wife Diane enjoy the solitude of their country home. They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. In his spare time, Jay enjoys landscaping, golf and staying fit.

Beau J. Ingledue joined PGI as a sales representative in 1996. Following in his father’s footsteps, Beau joined as partner in 2005. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from Western Illinois University in public relations and communications. Beau’s commitment to his clients and the Macomb community is revealed by his continual pursuit of professional insurance designations while maintaining community and civic interests.

Beau has earned the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. Currently, Beau is involved with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program, the United Way and other civic organizations. In their free time, Beau and his wife Christa enjoy golf, travel, tennis and their yellow lab, “Josey”.

Dennis Tate joined PGI as a sales representative in 1995. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Western Illinois University and has a wealth of experience in all areas of insurance. Dennis is licensed to provide property, casualty, life and health products. Dennis is a life long resident of McDonough County.

Dennis and his wife Diane enjoy spending time with their fours sons and their families. Diane is a health educator at McDonough District Hospital, as well as an independent Mary Kay consultant. Dennis and Diane are committed to their family and community. They are active in their church affiliation, Boy Scouts, and the West Prairie FFA Alumni Association.

Jerry Brookhart is an insurance producer for PGI. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science from the University of Illinois and has completed MBA work at the University of Chicago. Jerry is licensed in property, casualty, life and health products.

Jerry’s broad management experience ranges from start-up businesses to Fortune 100 companies. He has lived in Pittsburg, Denver and the San Francisco area, although he grew up in Macomb, IL.

Jerry and his wife own a farm. Their extended family includes 4 sons, 2 daughters-in-law and 4 grandchildren. Jerry enjoys bicycling, gardening, hiking and golf.

He and his wife Jill both grew up in McDonough County. They currently live in Lincoln, Illinois with their two sons. Ben enjoys spending his free time with his family and volunteering at his son’s elementary school.
