has been with PGI since 1976. During that time, she has served PGI in many areas. Currently, Ardell works with our Personal Lines clients and serves as the Personal Lines Department Supervisor. Ardell also holds a leadership position in the Central Illinois TAM Users group (our agency software self-help organization). She is a Certified Insurance Counselor .

Ardell is very active in the community and has been a member of the Macomb Community School Board for several years. Ardell and her husband Larry enjoy spending time with their two children and their families. Ardell and Larry recently welcomed their daughter Lisa, an attorney, back to Macomb, and they enjoy making quick trips to Chicago to spoil their grandchildren!

came to PGI in 2005 with 16 years of agency experience. She is a Certified Insurance Service Representative and is licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance. Tammy is a Customer Service Representative in our Personal Lines Department.

Tammy is a life long resident of McDonough County. Tammy resides in Bushnell, IL with her husband, Dwight, and their 3 children, Devin, Caitlin, & Madison. Dwight and Tammy are very devoted to their church and community. Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You are likely to find the Taflingers at various school events throughout the year.

is a Customer Service Representative at PGI, specializing in Personal Lines. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Business from Western Illinois University. Jill enjoys working with people which makes her an ideal asset to the agency.

Jill is originally from the Chicago area, and met her husband, Tye, while at WIU. Tye is a Court Services Therapist for the 9th Judicial Circuit. Tye and Jill enjoy country living and are eager to raise their two girls, Kennedy and Taylor in Macomb. Jill loves to scrapbook and spend time with her daughters and their Great Dane, Rapoma.

joined the Purdum Gray Ingledue team in 2008 where she serves as a Customer Service Representative in the Personal Lines Department. Lori brought with her over 15 years of experience in customer service.

Lori is a life long resident of McDonough County where she enjoys Midwest living with her husband Eric and their two children Cameron and Olivia. Her commitment to the area can be found through her involvement in community organizations. In her free time you can find Lori spending time with her husband and children, playing softball, crafting, gardening and many other outdoor activities.

Norma is a life long resident of McDonough County. She and her late husband, Neil, enjoyed 37 years of marriage and farm life together in the Macomb area. Norma enjoyed being a farm wife along with her insurance work.

Norma is affiliated with the Wesley United Methodist Church and is a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoys her travels, which often take her to the sunny state of Florida!
