Janet Harwick is a customer service representative specializing in commercial lines and also serves as the department supervisor. PGI takes pride in the fact she has been with the agency since 1987. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and is licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance.

Janet is a life long resident of McDonough County with a family background in agriculture. She has an associate degree from Black Hawk East College. Barb Bloom joined PGI in 1995 as a customer service representative working with commercial accounts. A Macomb native, Barb has a degree in Finance from Western Illinois University. She is a Certified Insurance Service Representative and is licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance.

Joining the agency was a homecoming of sorts for Barb, who was an employee in the fall of 1984 while her husband, Mark finished school and a football career at WIU. Mark and Barb have 3 children, Brigette, Cory and Brooke. Barb has been a girl scout leader and is a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.

Dawn Ford, CIC, CISR, is a customer service representative for PGI. Dawn also provides Claims Service for all commercial accounts at PGI. While licensed in all major lines of insurance, Dawn has earned the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. She brings a strong commitment of excellence to the agency through advanced education and professionalism.

Dawn and her husband, Max, have two children, Skylar and Dalton. In their free time, the Ford’s enjoy spending family time in the great outdoors.

Terri Sullivan is a customer service representative for PGI specializing in commercial lines. She is a Certified Insurance Service Representative and holds licenses in all areas of insurance. Terri has previously worked in life and health and personal lines. In addition to her annual continuing education requirements, Terri fine tunes her expertise with organized classes and home study.

Terri is a lifelong resident of McDonough County. She is committed to her family and the community. Her many activities outside of work include taking walks with friends, reading historical books, and spoiling her 5 grandsons.

Shanda holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University. In addition to her education, Shanda brings a strong focus in customer service skills to the agency.

Shanda was born and raised in McDonough County. Now, Shanda and her husband Chris are raising their two children in McDonough County. In her free time, Shanda enjoys being with family. Occasionally, you can find her in the gym, where she enjoys running, lifting free weights and cardiovascular activities.

Shannon is a lifelong resident of Fulton County. She and her husband, Brad, enjoy their country home and rural living. In their free time, they enjoy their playful dogs, “Frank” and “Duke”, as well as their three horses.
